SoccerN is a decentralized football intelligence network that enables you to collect, own, and monetize football data, while connecting with a global community of fans, players, and developers. We are committed to protecting privacy and this Privacy Policy (“Policy”)applies when you use our website, mobile app, and other online products or services (collectively, our “Platform”), contact our customer service team, engage with us on social media, or otherwise interact with us.
We may change this Privacy Policy from time to time. If we make changes, we will notify you by revising the date at the top of this Policy and, when material, we will provide you with additional notice (such as adding a statement to our website or sending you a notification) and consent as required under applicable law. Your continued use of this Platform after we make changes is deemed to be acceptance of those changes when permissible. 1.Collection of Information
To use the Platform, you must register and agree to log in via a personal email account or third-party authentication services (e.g., Telegram, Twitter/X, Google) to access certain features. When you use third-party authentication services, we may collect information provided by these platforms, such as your user identifier, name, email address, or public profile information (as permitted by your account settings with the third-party provider). This information is used to create or authenticate your account, personalize your experience, and fulfill our contractual obligations. We do not receive, store, or access passwords or private messages from your third-party accounts. To provide a tailored experience, we may collect general location information (country or region) from your IP address. This helps us deliver relevant content, comply with regional regulations, and analyze usage patterns. This data does not reveal precise locations and is not linked to individual users.
When using features that connect with AI Tracker devices, our Platform may request location permissions on your device. This is because some operating systems require location access for Bluetooth scanning to detect nearby devices. We do not store or share precise GPS coordinates, and any location data related to Bluetooth is used solely for establishing secure connections with your authorized devices.

Additionally, in order to fully utilize Platform functionalities, we may collect information directly provided by you. For example, you share information directly with us when you complete a digital form, submit or post content through our Platform, make a purchase, communicate with us via third-party platforms, request customer support, or otherwise communicate with us. The types of personal information we may collect include your name, email address, shipping address, digital asset wallet address, and any other information you choose to provide.
If you use third-party authentication services (e.g., Telegram, Twitter/X, Google), we recommend reviewing their privacy policies to understand how they collect, use, and share your information. SoccerN is not responsible for the practices of these third parties.

The Platform is not directed to children under the age of 18. If a parent or guardian becomes aware that his or her child has provided us with personal information without your consent, please contact us at service@soccern.io. If we become aware that a child under the age of 18 has provided us with personal information, we will take reasonable efforts to delete such personal information.
2.Use of Information
We use the information we collect to provide, maintain, administer and/or improve the Platform. We also use the information we collect to:
· Provide services, content, material and other information on the Platform based on generalized regional preferences inferred from IP addresses. · Enable Bluetooth device connectivity using precise location permissions solely for device pairing and functionality.
· Process transactions and send you related information, including confirmations, receipts, invoices, customer experience surveys, and recall notices.
· Personalize and improve your experience on our Platform.
· Identify and/or diagnose problems on or related to our Platform.
· Send you technical notices, security alerts, and support and administrative messages.
· Provide requested information, technical support and/or integrations such as an application programming interface or API or information to support your eligibility for a token rewards program.
· Respond to your comments and questions and provide customer service.
· Communicate with you about products, Platform, and events offered by SoccerN and others and provide news and information that we think will interest you (see the Your Choices section below for information about how to opt out of these communications at any time).
· Monitor and analyze trends, usage, and activities in connection with our Platform.

· We do not sell or rent your data to advertisers, data brokers, or third parties for marketing purposes. · We do not disclose IP-based location data or Bluetooth-related location information to third parties for advertising, marketing, or unrelated commercial purposes. · We share personal information with vendors, service providers, and consultants that need access to personal information in order to perform services for us, such as processing orders, connecting devices, integrating software, and providing customer service. If you choose to use integrations we offer on our Platform, we share certain information with the integration partners. These partners are prohibited from using this data for unrelated purposes.
· We may disclose personal information if we believe that disclosure is in accordance with, or required by, any applicable law or legal process, including lawful requests by public authorities to meet national security or law enforcement requirements.
· We may share personal information if we believe that your actions are inconsistent with our User agreements or policies, if we believe that you have violated the law, or if we believe it is necessary to protect the rights, property, and safety of SoccerN, our Users, the public, or others.

This information may be used to provide you with offers, services, or products that may be of interest to you and provide you with their products and services. If you are located in a jurisdiction where such sharing requires your permission, we will only share such information with your consent. If you decide you no longer wish to receive these promotional communications, please follow the instructions provided in Your Choices section below.
· We share personal information with your consent or at your direction for instance for the token reward program.
· We also share aggregated or de-identified information that cannot reasonably be used to identify you.

You may opt out of receiving promotional emails from SoccerN by following the instructions in those communications or by emailing service@soccern.io. If you opt out, we may still send you non-promotional emails, such as those about your account or our ongoing business relations. 6.2.Location Permissions · Bluetooth Functionality: On Android and iOS devices, Bluetooth-related features may require granting location permissions. You can revoke these permissions at any time via your device settings. Note that disabling location access may limit Bluetooth device connectivity. · IP-Based Location: Generalized location derived from your IP address is automatically processed but can be anonymized by using a VPN or similar tool.
6.3.Account Deletion
You may request deletion of your SoccerN account and associated personal data at any time. To do so: A. In-App Option: Use the account deletion feature in the Platform’s settings menu.
B. Email Request: Contact us at service@soccern.io with your account details and deletion request. Upon receiving a valid request, we will: · Process the deletion within 30 days (or as required by law).
· Delete or anonymize your personal data from our systems, including disassociating your third-party authentication accounts (e.g., Telegram, Twitter/X, Google).
· Retain minimal data only where necessary to comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, or prevent fraud. Note: Deleting your account will permanently remove access to Platform features, including purchased content, rewards, or subscriptions. This action cannot be undone. 6.4.Third-Party Links
Our Platform may contain links to third-party websites and applications. Any access to and use of such linked websites and applications is not governed by this Policy but instead is governed by the privacy policies of those third parties. We do not endorse these parties, their content, or any products and services they offer, and we are not responsible for the information practices of such third-party websites or applications.
